- Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Management
- matching the international sales strategy in collaboration with the senior event management team
- achieve the sales & Marketing revenue/profit targets
- working hard with the team members to effectively meet sales objectives within agreed timelines
- Achieve and exceed own revenue targets for the assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain customers and develop new business opportunities, both pre and post event
- Review new sales activities and continually look for improvements
- maintain strong relationships with partners creating beneficial content for the event
- maintain existing policies and procedures
- Ensure collection of payments by regular communication and coordination with the accounts department

Event Management

- Sharing the senior event management in Set up a sound and workable project plan for each event with clearly defined timelines.
- sharing in Plan, prepare and monitor annual budgets for the event international marketing with strict adherence to revenue and cost ensuring achievement of profit
- Oversee the development of the event floor plan
- Liaise with governmental, society, association and other business partners to ensure that the show is developing in the most suitable way for the market.
- Work closely with the marketing to ensure strong exhibitors and visitors campaigns, that are aligned to the needs of all stakeholders
- Liaise with the operations department to coordinate event logistics effectively
- Ensure that the exhibition receives positive NPS scores from exhibitors
- Ensure that the exhibition receives positive NPS scores from visitors
- Increase exhibition industry ranking

Product knowledge

- Continually monitor and research the market using online resources, gaining customer feedback, attending competitor events where appropriate, and industry networking Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility.

Person Specification

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience in sales & marketing with a demonstrated successful sales record of
high value sales activity in a B2B environment
• Full understanding of event sales & marketing cycles
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Commercial awareness

• Spoken and written Arabic and English
• Numerate
